Erhard & Stern based in Heidelberg was founded by Gregor Erhard and Daniel Stern with the goal of realizing exclusive and high-quality projects in the real estate sector.

After Erhard & Stern were originally only active as a pure real estate developer in the Rhine-Neckar region, they have expanded their business activities to other areas close to real estate in recent years.

The business areas now include not only real estate development, construction and renovation of exclusive residential and high-quality commercial properties, but also the purchase, rehabilitation and management of their own investment properties as well as the construction, design and operation of hotels, bars/restaurants and serviced apartments.

Real Estate Development

Through the use of high-quality materials combined with a sustainable, resource-conserving construction, we create extraordinary new buildings in the style of classical or modern architecture - unmistakable in character, attention to detail and in harmony with their surroundings.

In the renovation process of historical buildings and existing properties, we pay close attention to creating the greatest possible comfort while at the same time revitalizing the beauty and history of the past through the preservation and restoration of the original architectural character.

In this way, extraordinary properties are created, which integrate into the urban and scenic context and yet are unmistakable in their character.

Investment

When buying and dealing with investment properties, the potential for future use and a good location close to the city center are the key decision factors. Due to our passion for historic buildings, our main focus is on extraordinary monument protection properties.

Hospitality

Our third division is dedicated to the turn key development, construction and operation of hotels, bars/restaurants, as well as furnished serviced apartments. Between the years 2014 and 2016 a boarding house / hotel in Heidelberg, a serviced apartment house in Mannheim as well as two design boutique hotels with bar / lounge / restaurant in Mannheim were opened.

Management

Gregor M. Erhard, MBA

Gregor Erhard is the managing director and partner of several companies, which he founded together with Daniel Stern. He began his professional career at Lindt, first as a sales executive trainee and later in key account management. Subsequently, he took over a consulting project at Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceuticals division.

Gregor Erhard holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Business from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina / USA. During his studies, he gained additional international experience at the Universidad de Barcelona in Spain and at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland.

Dipl.-Ing. Architekt (FH) Daniel Stern

Daniel Stern is the managing director and partner of several companies, which he founded together with Gregor Erhard. In 2005, he founded Stern Wohnkonzepte GmbH together with Werner Stern. Until 2010, they designed and implemented a number of construction projects, including residential buildings in the Rhine-Neckar region and southern France. He founded DS Construction SARL in Cannes, France in 2007. From 2009 to 2011 he was a partner of Immobilia C. Mayer GmbH in Heidelberg.

From 2002 to 2007 Daniel Stern studied architecture at the Fachhochschule Frankfurt (University of Applied Sciences).
